Stanley Hall Studios is based in a 17th century hall in Cheadle Hulme, about 10 miles South of Manchester.

The main studio is 36' by 15' and has a high vaulted ceiling with exposed oak beams. There are two further recording rooms which can be used for isolating individual instruments and vocalists. The control room is incorporated within the main studio.

Most of our projects are recorded into a computer running Steinberg Cubase or Cakewalk Sonar software. This setup allows us to record 26 simultaneous tracks with multiple headphone mixes for the musicians.

Dependent on the requirements of the specific project, we can either mix in the analogue domain using our extensive range of high quality analogue and digital hardware processors, or within the computer using a variety of high quality software plug-ins.
